So far we have the Ahnenerbe. Their minions and associates include:
- Raketetruppen: [rocket troops] leather pants and jump-smocks, super-science Rocket Trooper Helms, super-science Rocket Trooper Rockets, and guns.
- Grautruppen: [gray troops] the "autovivified", as the Nazis like to call their resuscitated workers. Very tall, often dangerously armed, apparently difficult to control.
- Reichsarbeitsdienst: [Reich labor service] the "guys in tan uniforms" who serve as the Ahnenerbe's cannon fodder. Posing as mountain troops, or Swiss Army personnel.
- Gebirgsjaeger-Brigade: [mountain troop brigade] Three regiments of mountain troops that are kept in various stages of mobilization and date back to the Army of the Weimar Republic.
-
Sturmabteilung: [assault detachment] the famous brownshirts, storm troopers, or SA; veteran para-military troops that support for the Nazi party. They number nearly 3 million armed men, and may soon replace the German Army itself. However, so far the SA does not possess artillery, tanks, aircraft, or other weapons besides small arms, machine guns and mortars.
- Wache-Schützen: [patrol riflemen] wearing blue uniforms, seen aboard the Mowe and the U-boat at Ephesus. This term may just refer to armed sailors guarding their vessels.
- Bahnschrankerangeboten: [Way Gatekeepers?] they're impressive, and involve the Portals, that's all we know
-
Technische Nothilfe: TENO was founded in 1919 by Otto Lummitzsch to protect and maintain vital, strategic facilities. They provide the scientific and technical manpower to operate the Gates our heroes have stumbled through.
It can't be too long before the Nazis and the Sect either clash or join forces -- their aims appear vaguely similar, and the Vril Society has ties to both.
