Generic European Air Travel Ticket

The front and reverse of a ticket in a common European format; it was probably part of a set of carbon-paper copies. This one's used mostly by British airlines, but I've seen other ones (not in good enough quality or information to make a form), and they look very similar except for the languages used. Some will have two languages (a national language plus French), others (Germany, at least) only their national language.

I haven't seen the actual reverse side of a period ticket, but the Warsaw Convention terms regarding liability seem likely to be present.

Most of the information is written by hand; the ticket number is stamped in two places (on the ticket and the baggage check).
