This is enough equipment to construct a 7 x 3 pontoon barge with an outboard motor.

1

electric-driven forklift, solid rubber tires, 2000 kg capacity, 3.3 meter lift. Weight, 3.5 tons (2.4 tons + 1.1 tons ballast). Ground clearance 8 cm. Height with uprights retracted, 2.26 meters. Maximum unloaded speed, 8.3 kph. There's a horn, reversing horn, headlight, taillight and stoplight, and an hour-meter (the only instrument). The seat has a "dead man switch" -- if there's no weight on the seat, the brakes are engaged. There's a rack to carry 20 Morrow Project vehicle batteries (included), good enough to operate the forklift for most of a day.

1

HIAB Model 785A hydraulic knuckle boom crane. Weight with outriggers (on truck or hardstand) 1500 kg; without outriggers, 1000 kg. Maximum reach 7.6 meters; it can swing 360 degrees. Part of the mass is a electrically-powered hydraulic pump and 50 liter reservoir -- working pressure 4210 psi. Lifting capacity at various distance:

  • 2 meters:  3750 kg

  • 4 meters:  1910 kg

  • 5 meters:  1590 kg

  • 6 meters:  1140 kg

  • 7.6 meters:  680 kg

1

electric submersible water pump, 100 liters per minute, with two 38mm hoses 3 meters long, 10 meter power cord for 12 volt DC power, weight 4 kg (not including hoses)

2

1

electric winch in a steel housing with bolt-down corners. It can apply 4500 kg of pull (yes, yes, 44,100 newtons); maximum line speed is 3.6 meters per minute. A snatch block is furnished, which doubles line pull for heavy winching requirements. The winch cable is 40.6 meters long, 9.5mm diameter, and weighs 12.9 kg. A 10 meter long power cable is provided, for 24 volt DC power.

1

pilothouse with controls for propulsion unit, and navigation lights; heater; windshield wiper; electric fan; outlets for 12 volt DC, 24 volt DC, 110 volt AC. Note that it's not sealed against fallout. Aluminum construction (10 points of armor), windows are 8mm thick polycarbonate (armor value 10).

1

marine radio with manual direction finder, runs on 12 volt DC power or 6 D-cell batteries. Includes built-in speaker, handset, earphone/headset plug, antenna, "cigarette lighter" power cord. Transmits "high power" (25 watts) or "low power" (1 watt).  Receives on 150 KHz to 400 KHz (navigation beacons), 540 kHz to 1600 kHz (AM radio broadcast stations), receive and transmit (simplex) as SSB 1.6 MHz to 5 MHz (HF ship-to-shore) and FM 148 MHz to 174 MHz (the usual "marine VHF channels"). VHF range 2 km at low power, about 50 km at high power; the HF range varies quite a lot, especially at night. Weight about 7 kg.

1

handheld marine radio, low power (1 watt) only. Has six preset channels (16, 6, 9, 11, 12, 13) and six programmable channels (by fiddling with dip switches). Has a headphone and microphone jack, volume knob, channel select knob, squelch knob, a removable "rubber ducky" antenna, steel spring belt clip, and a lanyard. Powered by one MP-AA battery, good for at least several days. Weight about 1 kg.
