Encumbrance levels:

  • up to 19.5 kilograms:  unaffected - move 24 meters per round

  • 20 to 39 kilograms:  loaded - Dodge, Climb, Jump, Swim, and some other movement-related skills are halved; move is 18 meters per round.

  • 40 to 77 kilograms:  burdened - Dodge, Climb, Jump, Sneak, Throw, all melee attacks, all parries, and some others are halved; some skills may not be possible:  Swim without flotation aids, for example; move is 12 meters per round.

  • over 77 kilograms:  overloaded - Martial Arts, Sneak, Throw, all attacks and parries, and others are halved; Swim, Climb, Jump, Dodge, and others are not possible. Move is 3 meters per round.

Carrying his issued field gear and role kit is a load of 27.2 kilograms (loaded). That gas mask is a real lump o' weight ... if only your friends weren't so likely to heave tear gas about! The load with issued field gear, role kit, and survival gear is 38.44 kilograms (still loaded).

Hi Michael. Let's go for the standard survival packs for personal effects, an olive boonie hat, a k-bar, and as many throwing knives as will reasonably fit after that. Sound OK?

Done! Added a wrist watch, sunglasses, and dog tags.

Thanks. I just saw you're email and was going to add those.

Oh, hardly needed. The Project is quite in the habit of giving the Marksman package to the "best shot in the vehicle", sniper-trained or not.

Hey Michael. I was thinking of the kit#3 Marksman. I'll raise rifle up to 80% if you need me to.
