These aren't vehicles, but aren't "built-in" at Morrow bases, either. They're all very large, requiring serious transport capability.
These are meant to replace portions of the electric grid damaged by blast, EMP, weather, lack of maintenance, etc. Since Project fusion reactors can be placed in close proximity to population centers or industrial sites, the switch gear, transformers, regulators, etc. are "relatively" small. Technically, none of this equipment embodies any custom or anachronistic features.
