Length 16', beam 8', displacement (surfaced) 8 tons.

Surface speed 4 kts, submerged 5 kts; range 20 nautical miles at 5 kts; max designed depth 300'.

Crew: 2 + 4 passengers.

Includes an air-lock and fittings to allow deep-sea divers to emerge from the vessel while diving. Two of the passengers can find crowded seats in the forward bell, the other two will be seated in the air-lock.
